Not many pictures to speak of this week. Daisy and Hazel were in a play- they do this every year here and it is operated sort of like a summer camp- they get parts on Monday, practice a LOT during the week, then perform the play Friday night. So we have had a lot of running back and forth, picking up an dropping off, into freezing cold buildings and then out to the stuffy oven of a car... it just drains you. And after 2 consecutive weeks of swimming lessons, this was just not the very best of timing. But, we made it through, and now we can rest this weekend. The girls did a fabulous job in the play and had a great time.
Next up- another camping trip, this time to Sequoia National Park. I'd be happy to be going somewhere with trees of any kind, so this place is going to be awesome! The biggest trees we've ever seen, I'm sure. AND we are putting the dogs in the boarding kennel this time, which makes it seem like a true vacation! I love our dogs, but camping with them has proved not to be as much fun as we thought it might be. You can't take them on trails in national parks, you can't go into most buildings, they bark at anything that moves... you get the picture. So, we drop them off at 8 am on Thursday (the 3rd) and then we are off!
