challenge: spice cabinet and junk drawer

I'm going with a quick and easy one this week. The cabinet where all of my spices, herbs, and seasonings live is getting out of hand. I have the one Tupperware spice rack, but I have accumulated enough other bottles to fill at least 2 more full racks (which I am not going to buy anytime soon). This cabinet also houses all of the measuring cups, food coloring, cake decorating supplies, etc. It just all needs to come out and be more organized going back in.

And since that is an easy task, I thought I'd throw the "junk" drawer into the challenge. There is nothing useful in here that cannot live in a more sensible place, and at least half of what is in here is probably headed for the trash anyhow. I'd like to clean this completely out and make it our new home for our cloth dinner napkins. We currently have them in a basket that has become too small for our growing collection- and this is the drawer nearest the dining room, so it will be a convenient new home for them.
