Wow! It has been 2 whole years since I had the crazy, harebrained idea to start a blog. Can you believe it? I got off to a slow and often bumpy start, but I have settled into regular posting in the past year and it has really become part of our life here. We all think in terms of how things will work into posts for the blog, and we all look forward to reading the comments from our readers every day. We have reconnected with many loved ones and have made some new friends as well. I just love the feeling of connection we have with all of you because of this small piece of the internet, and it gives me great comfort knowing that we are in the thoughts of so many wonderful people every day. Your love and support mean so much to us! I look forward to sharing our upcoming move with our blog family- there are many exciting things ahead of us in the coming year as we relocate and search for a special piece of land to call home.



So, in celebration of this momentous occasion, I'd like to introduce you to the newest member of our technological family. Meet George, our new MacBook. He will be extremely helpful to me in the coming months, allowing me to blog from the road during our cross-country relocation, as well as making it easier for me to work blogging into our active life in the coming years. I'll be able to be more creative with photographs, due to the fab iSight camera and Photo Booth program. And I'll be able to compose and post in different areas of my home as well as outdoors, which is actually very exciting to me- sitting in the same spot all the time gets boring. So, get ready for a great future here at life with girls. We are very thankful to be able to share it with you all.
