Almost all of those beautiful leaves we had 3 weeks ago are now on the ground. And there are a LOT of them.
Lyle helped Jason with a little raking today, so that we can walk across our driveway and sidewalk without wading through leaves. We don't need to clean them up from the whole yard (thankfully) because the landscaping is more on the natural side. But the grassy areas and the drive needed to be cleared and it was a nice day to be outside. All the fresh air Lyle got today helped him get into bed nice and early too, so that is a nice extra bonus at the end of my weekend.

ReplyDeleteHey, that little jacket looks familiar- such a nice little boy putting it through good outdoor activity! It's nice to see previously loved clothing still livin' and lovin' on! Is that hat one from our little boy fashion boutique as well? lol! I see Minnesota shining in Lyle's eyes ;)
