Isabel is a sweet little girl who belongs to an online friend of mine, and she is very, very sick. A bunch of us are rallying together to help raise money and support for the family as they deal with hospitals and tests and all that goes along with a serious illness. It started out as flu symptoms and now they are looking at Leukemia or Aplastic Anemia. It is all very sad.

There will be an auction starting within a few days too- with handmade items donated by lots of different mamas to help raise money. Please bookmark this and check the auctions regularly for some great items. Your money will go towards helping get meals and other necessities taken care of for this family while they are with their daughter at the hospital, and to help pay for gas and tolls for the local mothers who are traveling the SF Bay bridge every day to help care for Isabel's younger brother and tend to the needs of this family.

This is just every mother's worst nightmare- I hope you will help if you can.
