it's official

We've been very busy the past week! I'm going to try and catch up with lots of pictures and posts in the next day or two.

One of the things we went to do was file Lyle's birth certificate. This is a bit more of an ordeal with a home birth than it is with a hospital birth, in addition to the fact that we live over an hour away from the county offices and had to leave the house at 6 am and sit in rush hour traffic to make our appointment, but we got it all done nonetheless. He is now officially recognized by San Bernardino County as having been born :)
