Even if I think January is a terrible time to have a power outage, there is no denying that it is a GREAT time to clean out the fridge! When is the last time you cleaned everything out and wiped down all the shelves and drawers? I bet there's some way-too-old stuff lurking in the back...

That's awesome looking...I pulled the fridge back and cleaned under it a week ago...grooossss....but the inside will never be as clean as your sparkling fridge there.
