goodbye

The kids had to say goodbye to their friends yesterday. We went swimming in the morning, and gave all 4 of the big kids an underwater camera to play with- those will be some fun pictures for them to have! I even got in and took one shot on each camera of the 4 of them, so hopefully we will get at least one good one. I'll post some when we get them back (Actual film! That has to be developed!)

Afterwards, they came over to our place for a few last jumps on the trampoline, and because I wanted to get a picture of them all in their shirts together. And then it was time to say goodbye. These have truly been Daisy and Hazel's best friends, for the past year. They have spent so much time together and will miss each other tremendously. They are moving to New York and we are moving to Georgia, so there is a chance we will be able to hook up again one day- but it will be a while.


We have lots of good memories though, and of course will stay in touch. Time runs out so quickly when you want it to last and last! Take the opportunity to spend some time with a good friend while you can.
