Here are the pictures from our visit to the beach last weekend. We went and stayed with my cousin and her family and had a blast! It was so great to spend some time with them and we are all really glad we got to play at the beach one last time.

The kids buried my cousin's fun-loving and very cooperative fiancé several times in the sand, and had so much fun. But then Jason set Lyle on top of him to see what he thought about the whole thing. At first he just stared (of course I was not ready with the camera) and then he started bawling. I guess to a baby, the head of a person you just met sitting on the sand a few feet away from you is pretty freaky. Even though Lyle is so upset, this picture cracks me up. So funny!

ReplyDeleteSuch great pictures. But you'll be closer to the other ocean soon enough! I'm thinking about you all. Nate and I moved from MN to GA and then GA to MI in less than five months. Granted it was only the two of us; I couldn't imagine moving with your whole brood! :) But I'm sure you will survive in one piece, or even better. Take care!
