the flip

I've had my eye on this for a while, after seeing a handmade case for one on a blog recently (of course, I can't for the life of me remember which blog...) I liked that they were small, cheap, easy to use, cheap, basic (read: no bells and whistles to break), cheap, and the videos upload easily to your computer. Did I mention they are cheap? And when you have a $20 gift certificate laying around for Amazon (thanks, Rebecca!!), and that is the best price around to begin with, the logical thing to do is just to make the purchase. So I did and it's here and now everyone in Blogland will get to hear our voices and see our crazy level of motion and noise and excitement first hand!

So, let the videos begin.

We'll start with this gem I shot in the car the other day. Make sure you swallow your coffee before you hit play- we don't want you getting your keyboard wet.

I do apologize to those readers who cannot view videos at work, etc. I won't make videos a part of my posts too often, but I do want to include them regularly. So I hope you are able to watch at home. This particular video featuring Stella & Lyle rocking out to music in the car is definitely worth a special trip to a YouTube friendly computer!

  3. The song is "This Island" by Le Tigre. It is on a mix CD we keep in the car, so the kids are very used to hearing it!
